We're in Pala!

Hey Cruisers!  

We’re doin’ it again! 

Many of the Cruisers pulled in on Wednesday. With Daylight Savings moving the clock forward, traffic and other obligations, several of the Cruisers pulled into the park after sundown. A challenge many times, but Steve and Keith were at the ready with flashlights and gentle suggestions to assist with the docking alignment. 

It is chilly out here and attempts to sit outdoors next to heaters with cigars and Netflix take a hearty camper. Of course you can always count on Larry and James for some top shelf brown liquor and lively conversation. 

After a little Club business got started with Keith, the Club Storekeeper, enlisting some help to separate out the Welcome kits everyone got about doing their own social experiments; walking, talking, and shopping until everyone got together in the evening for the Club’s usual Thursday night meet & greet.

Members and visitors noshed on chips, nachos, and that old school neighborhood favorite; chili cheese Fritos. C’mon now! We all remember those, right? And then the games began. There was Spoons, Bid Whist, dominoes and Score Four! Each game had its own set of lively and raucous participants.
